With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter J. O'Connell of North Scituate, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 31, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary McKiernan O'Connell and Peter O'Connell; his former wife Frances Knight O'Connell; his sister Mary Newman; his brother-in-law Edward Newman Sr. (Emmet) of Needham, MA; his brother Thomas O'Connell of Yarmouth Maine; his niece Susan Pooler of Concord, NH; his nephew Edward E. Newman Jr. of Stow, MA; and his brother-in-law Joseph O'Neil of South Kingstown.
He is survived by: his wife Fran; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou O'Neil. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
