He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Whitehead and Mary Whitehead (Buckley). He is survived by: his wife Valerie M. Whitehead (Swick); his child Shawn M. Whitehead; his child-in-law Lauren; his grandchildren, Skye and Lia Whitehead; and his siblings, Mark Whitehead and Patricia Swanson.
