With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances D. O'Connell of North Scituate, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 31, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Joseph O'Neil. She is survived by: her spouse Major Peter J. O'Connell; her sister-in-law Mary Lou O'Neil; and her nieces and nephews, Joseph O'Neil, Jr., James O'Neil, Nancy Oliveira, Many O'Connell and Newman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
A community Memorial Mass will be said after COVID restrictions are lifted.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
