She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Slate of Warwick, RI and Barbara J. Zeiner of Lake Park, GA; and her grandchildren, Kathrine Bannan, Erin Simone, Erika Hall and Sara Oertel. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
