He is survived by: his children, Russel Bell (Terry), Norma Crosby (Jeff) of Hope, RI, Sheryl Cabral of Indiana and Richard Bell of Ruskin, FL.; his grandchildren, Christina Avila, Adam Bell (Ashley), Dan Bell (Randi), Tammy Erwin (Jake), Richard Bell Jr. (Ellen), Jasmine Pereira, Jessica Pereira, Rebecca Hansen (Chris), Nicholas Crosby, Zachary Crosby, Katrina Olsen (Loki) and Ariana Bell; his brother-in-law Tom Folco (Karen); his sisters, Lillian McDonald and Dorothy Green; and his great grandchild Levi Bell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
