She was predeceased by: her husband S. David Mulcahy. She is survived by: her children, Gail Mangiante of East Greenwich, Laurie Campanella of Coventry, Stephen Mulcahy of Burrillville, Brian Mulcahy (Leslie) of Vermont and Davida; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Jonathan, Alicia, Tara, Tyler, Nathan and Stephanie. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Donations in her honor may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
