She was predeceased by: her spouse Alverda G. Hart; her parent William D. Perry; her child David A. Hart; and her sibling Russell Perry. She is survived by: her parent Nellie I. Perry (Johnson); her children, Leslie J. Hart of North Scituate and Brian W. Hart; and her siblings, Lester Perry, Olive Muschiano, Ferole Dewell, Nancy Richards and Clematis Briggs. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
