He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bourque and Virginia Bourque (Petrowsky); and his brother Kenny Chace. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bourque (Forte); his daughters, Valerie Perez and Carla Evers; his grandchildren, Daniel, Kyle, Abby and Amelia; and his brother Bobby Chace.
