It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maureen Burgess of Newport, Rhode Island, born in Southbridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Fitzpatrick and Veronica Fitzpatrick (Roycroft); her husband Tom; her son Thomas J Burgess (Monique) of Newport, RI; her grandchildren, Cameron, Thomas Cole Burgess of Newport, RI and Amy Potter (Daniel) of Worcester, VT; and her great grandchild Quinn. She was also cherished by numerous extended family members, friends.
