It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara L. Tortolani of Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gower and Ethel Gower (Engelhart). She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Tortolani; her brother Ron; her sister-in-law Jane Gower; and her sister Susan Gower. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Masks and social distancing will be required. Burial will be private.
