He was predeceased by: his father Albert R. Hilbinger, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Donna R. Hilbinger (White) of Chambersburg; and his siblings, Donald P. Hilbinger (Terriann) of Shippensburg and Susan R. Strickland (Scott) of St. Inigoes, MD. He is also survived by three nephews; and one niece.
