He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ezovski and Theresa Ezovski (Michlette). He is survived by: his close friend Valentina Patnaude of Manville; his children, Alexa Patnaude, Rachael Poliquin and Nicole Neal; his siblings, Richard Ezovski and Doran Ezovski; and his nephew Shawn Slekis. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
