He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Puliafico and Louis Charles Fish; his daughter Maureen Fish; and his siblings, Louis C. Fish, Jr. and Catherine Fish Tavares.
He is survived by: his significant other Geraldine Kuczer; his children, Kristen Van (Kira) of Providence, Thomas Fish Jr. and Stephen Fish of Florida; his stepchildren, David Kuczer (Heather) of Florida and Jennifer Cutler (Chris) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Alexandria Howe (Nick), Avery Van, Christina Fish, Austin, McKenna, Christian Kuczer, Sophia and Gabriella Cutler; his great grandchild Nora Howe; his brother Dr Kenneth J. Fish (Linda) of New York; and his child Glenn Fish. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
