McNeil of Lincoln, Rhode Island, born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William McNeil and Olivette McNeil (Houle); and his sisters, Cecile Bright and Diane Kingsley. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn McNeil (Quattrocchi); his stepsons, Ronnie Costa of California and Andy Costa (Tania) of North Providence; his siblings, Therese McCrorie, Rita Schrieber, Doris Mercier, Laurette Landry, Andre McNeil, Raymond McNeil, Paul McNeil and Henri McNeil; his grandchildren, Dorian Costa, Brielle Costa, Gianna Costa and Juliana Costa; and his pets, Nina, Lilac, Jessie and Milo.
