She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Murtha. She is survived by: her daughter Janet Blazy (Murtha) of Burlington; her son-in-law Martin Blazy; her grandchildren, Rhianna Blazy and Ryan Blazy of Burlington; and her sisters, Catherine McCarthy of Pawtucket and Eleanor McCarthy of Pawtucket.
