He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Perkins and Joyce Perkins; and his siblings, Lawrence Perkins and Arlene Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Perkins; his children, Jeremy Parenteau, Audrey Maw, Jessica Perkins, Ashley Choquette and Kaleigh Perkins; and his nephew Patrick Armstrong. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren.
