It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert F. Tiernan (Hopkinton, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Tiernan; and his brothers, Edward Tiernan, James Tiernan, Raymond Tiernan and David Tiernan.
He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Tiernan (Ekiert); his parent Anna Tiernan (Tucker); his children, Sheri A. Menard of Warwick, RI and Robert F. Tiernan, Jr. (Hiedi) of Coventry, RI; and his sister Maureen Sylvia (Ed) of Wakefield, RI. He is also survived by grandchildren, and wonderful nieces and nephews, friends.
