She was predeceased by: her parents, Christiane Filteau McNeilly and Warren McNeilly. She is survived by: her husband Wesley E. Foutch; her daughters, Jennifer True (Bill) of South Berwick, ME and Annie Koivisto (Mikael) of Woodstock, CT; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Will and Megan. She is also survived by seven siblings and their spouses, plus numerous nieces, and nephews.
