He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Wroe and Kathleen Harrop. He is survived by: his son Justin Wroe (Dorothy O'Brien); his grandchildren, Melissa St-Pierre, Brian St-Pierre and Alyson St-Pierre; and his siblings, John Mccaughey, Nicole Wroe, Danielle Costa and Darlene Beaulieu. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Todd's name to Operation Standdown or Autism Project.
