He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando DeMedeiros and Mercedes DeMedeiros (Fagundes); and his sibling Charlie DeMedeiros. He is survived by: his wife Alice S. DeMedeiros (Leroux); his children, Joe Carvalho of Pawtucket, Patricia Lopez of Rumford, Mike Carvalho of Pawtucket and Karen Koehler of Johnson City, NY; and his brother Manuel DeMedeiros. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
