He is survived by: his wife Maria A. Rocha (Arruda); his children, Sergio Rocha of East Providence, Rosa Maria Rocha of East Providence, Cristina Rocha of East Providence and Ana Isabel Rocha of East Providence; and his siblings, Noah Amaral Rocha of East Providence and Rosa Pimental of New Bedford.
