She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William J. Benson and Fatima Benson-Marciano (Medeiros); her siblings, Ashley Abdul-Karim (Mikail) of Warwick, Tayler Benson of East Providence, Emily Benson of Utah, Dakota Benson of Newport and Jason; her nephews, Jaiden Benson and Zakai Abdul-Karim; her niece Adeena Abdul-Karim; her godparents, Maria and Joseph Oliveira; and her grandmother Maria J. Medeiros. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
