She was predeceased by: her father Faustino Costa; and her sister Raquel Costa. She is survived by: her mother Maria Costa (Alfaia) of Seixal, Portugal.; her daughter Raquel C. Lopes of East Providence; and her brothers, Nuno Costa, David Costa, Rui Costa and Pedro Costa of Portugal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
