She was predeceased by: her husband Joao F. Costa; her parents, Manuel R. Rosa and Diamantina Rosa (DaPonte); her sons, Manuel E. Costa and Joao Luis Costa; and her siblings, Maria Sousa, Lucia Carlos, Manuel Rosa, Agostinho Rosa and Diamantina Matos.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Sousa of Cambridge, Ontario, Jose Antonio Costa of Providence, Agostinho Costa of Providence, Mario Costa of East Providence, Victor Costa of Central Falls, Rui Costa of Smithfield and Paula Calderone of North Providence.
