He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer I Hoak and Grace Louise Hoak (Schnerr); and his granddaughter Melanie Barsamian. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Hoak (Howland); his children, Steven R. Hoak (Holly) of Angier, NC., Craig A. Hoak (Cheryl) of Bedford, NH., Kimberly L. Barsamian (David) of Cranston and Todd M. Hoak (Carolina) of Cleveland, OH.; his stepsons, David R. Howland of Cumberland and Daniel R. Howland of Foxboro, MA.; his grandchildren, Callie Hoak, Kyle Hoak, Kelsey Hoak, Collin Hoak, Ashley Singleton (Patrick), Marc Barsamian (Katie), Isabelle Hoak and Tristan Hoak; his stepgrandchildren, Drew Howland, Dina Howland, Lindsay Howland and Charlotte Howland; and his great grandchildren, Eleaha Singleton and Grace Barsamian.
