He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Rivers (Mullen); and his parents, Walter J. Rivers and Yolanda Rivers (Bucchianeri). He is survived by: his close friend Judi Beatty of Providence; and his siblings, Joseph Rivers (Cherie) of Sharon, MA, Stephen Rivers of Halifax, MA, Elisa Mangano (John) of Mashpee, MA, Madelyn Cheetham of Attleboro, Andrea O'Toole (Thomas) of North Port, FL and John Rivers of Attleboro. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
