He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Nugent and Viola E. Nugent (Lopez); and his nephew Joe McGarry. He is survived by: his daughter Laura E. Horton (Clayton) of Cumberland; his siblings, Barry J. Nugent of Coventry and Anita McGarry of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his grandchildren, Victoria, Jesse, James, Jamie and Hunter; his niece Cristee; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison and Mia; and his girlfriend Louise Demers.
