She was predeceased by: her husband John Stowik; her mother Hazel Richards; and her close friend Robert J. Dagesse. She is survived by: her children, John Stowik Jr. (Holly) of Cumberland, Patricia Stowik of Cumberland, Valerie Ducharme (Alan) of Cumberland and Frank Stowik (Melissa) of Cumberland; and her stepsister Margaret Rogers of East Providence. She is also survived by five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
