She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hornsby; her parents, Theodore Sylvester and Shirley Sylvester (Vose); and her brother James Sylvester. She is survived by: her sister Judith Machado (Jay Sylvester) of Cumberland; her niece Jenn Machado; and her great-nephew Jackson Viveiros. She is also survived by her three nephews.
