She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hartley and Linda Hartley (Wilber). She is survived by: her husband Scott B. DeSalvo; her daughters, Alyssa L. DeSalvo of Cumberland and Ella E. DeSalvo of Cumberland; her sisters, Katie Hartley of Yarmouth, MA, Christina Pratt of Burrillville and Julianne Hartley-Panza of North Kingstown; her nephews, Thomas DeSalvo, Sammie DeSalvo and Joseph Panza; her niece Sara; and also Kyle Jr.. She is also survived by many other extended family members and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Rhode Island Zoological Society / Roger Williams Park Zoo, where her many visits with Alyssa, Ella, and Joseph brought her countless cherished memories.
