He was predeceased by: his parents, Cesar A. Castor Sr. and Dolores Castor (Arroyo). He is survived by: his spouse Victorina Castor (Mallari Tiongco); his daughter Mia Castor of Cumberland; his granddaughter Isabella Castor-Schmidt; and his sisters, Dahlia Reyes of New York and Pilar King of South Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Hope Foundation, the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.
