We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2023, at the age of 75, Barbara J. Lumnah of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Attleboro, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Normand Lumnah; her parents, Jerome Schmitt and Mary Schmitt (Seipp); and her brothers, Jerome Schmitt, Jr. and William Schmitt.

She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Antunes (Craig) of Cumberland and Jennifer Sobczak (Mike) of Cumberland; her siblings, Mary "Fran" LaPlante of Salisbury, Massachusetts, Louis Schmitt of Warwick and John Schmitt of South Attleboro, Massachusetts; and her grandchildren, Christopher Antunes (Brittney), Matthew Antunes, Lee Tomlin and Kenny Sobczak.
