He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tarro and Clara Tarro (Gentile); and his sisters, Marguerite Mancini, Lillian Webber and Anna DeJoseph.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas A. Tarro, III, Dianne Tarro, Angelica Girard and Nannette Brittain (William); his grandchildren, Thomas Tarro, MD, Jessica Borillo (Dayren), Christopher Tarro, Jenna Updike, Adriana Girard, Jaclyn Bascome, RN, Andre Girard, Corey Girard and Christina Girard; his great grandchildren, Daniel and Isabella Borillo; and also Carlos Girard.
