He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley M. McAllister and Teresa A. McAllister (Christopher); and his sister Catherine Constant O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. McAllister (DeBlasio); his children, Dorie-Lynn Ferry (Richard) of Cranston, Gina Turcotte (David) of Cranston, Lori Adamo-Savard of Cranston and Frank Adamo, Jr. of Cranston; his pet Bella; and his brothers, Donald McAllister and Scott McAllister. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Providence Canteen – SSFA, 100 Minnesota Avenue, Warwick, RI 02888.
