It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip J. O'Hara of Cranston, Rhode Island, born in Montague, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helene O'Hara and Philip J. O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Ellen O'Hara (Crosby); his children, Conor (Ronnie), Danny, Kate, Megan, Pete and Tim (Diana); his grandchildren, Elana (Mitch), Joshua, Finlay, Ian, Carlin, Greysen, Lilly, Tucker and Sadie; and his great grandchild Shay.

In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to the RI Food Bank or the Spina Bifida Association of Greater New England.
