She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth P. Blackledge; her parents, Gabriele Susi and Filomena Susi (D'Angelo); and her siblings, Gino Susi, Louise Sagnella, Theresa Goodhue and Jennie Susi.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Catlow and Mark Blackledge (Stacey); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Amanda), Kaitlin, Brandon, Jessica, Victoria and Giovanni; and her great grandchildren, Aivah, Mason, Robbie and Sophia.
