He was predeceased by: his spouse Palmina "Polly" DeBiasio (Gasbarro); his parents, Giuseppe DeBiasio and Giovannina DeBiasio (Longo); and his siblings, Luco, Anthony, Carmino, Thomas, William DeBiasio, Mary Simone, Pasqualina "Lena" Cardullo and Barbara Pullano Wetzel.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald DeBiasio (Barbara), Linda DeBiasio (Robert Tucker), Joseph DeBiasio III (JoAnn) and Jeanne DeBiasio (Robert Simpson); and his grandchildren, Susan Landry (Dan), Mark DeBiasio (Naomi), Daniel DeBiasio (Stephanie), Jessica Walshe (Lee) and Joseph DeBiasio IV (Bonnie). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
