She was predeceased by: her husband George W. "Chuck" Swanholm, Jr.; her parents, John Lever and Marion Lever (Mason); and her siblings, Jacqueline Stewart (late Bob) and Alan Lever.
She is survived by: her friends, Fran and Joan; her children, Lori Webber (late Alan) of Warwick, Linda Delfino (Alfred) of East Greenwich, Eric Swanholm (Debra) of Warwick and Jill Singer (Tom) of Archibald, PA.; her sisters, Barbara Anderson (late Henry) of East Providence and Carol Nordman (John) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Kirsten (Chad), Danielle (Joe), Jenna (Ty), Brianna, Michael, Thomas and Rachel; and her great grandchildren, Slade and Naomi.
