He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Biern and Helen Zbar; and his brother Arnold Biern. He is survived by: his daughters, Ariel Biern of Providence and Lyndsey Pachon (Jose) of Barrington; his grandsons, Lucas and Samuel Pachon; and his close friend Joanne Gemma (Lauri) of Johnston.
