He was predeceased by: his parents, Aden Murphy and Hanora Murphy (Foley) of Woburn, MA.; his wife Kay; his granddaughter Rachel Murphy; and also, Jean Patterson (LaBar), Robert J. Patterson, Harvey, Rose M. LaBar (Pucci) and Carol LaBar (Francis "Jack" LaBar).
He is survived by: his children, Stephen "Steve" (Jorge) of Swansea, MA, Vincent "Bing" (Robin) of Canton, CT, Stephanie of Portland, OR and Francis "Frank" (Elisa) of Millville, MA; and his brother Edward "Teddy" Murphy (Mary) of Haverhill, MA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
