He was predeceased by: his parents, Emelio DeFazio, and Amelia DeFazio, Sr. (Cerra). He is survived by: his wife Jennie DeFazio (Palazzo); his children, Thomas DeFazio (Gretchen) and Shirley Palazzo (John); and his grandchildren, Tamara Palazzo, Kristen Salvato, Nicole Cogliati and Christopher DeFazio. He is also survived by his five great grandchildren.
