She was predeceased by: her husband Paul J. Girelli; and her parents, Paul Rusnak and Evelyn Rusnak (Abbanante). She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Melise (Ralph); her grandchildren, Carmella, Dina and Giuliana Melise; and her siblings, Paula Koch (John), Michael Rusnak (Christine) and Stephen Rusnak.
