He was predeceased by: his parents, Felisberto G. Rocha and Firminia Rocha (Vieira). He is survived by: his wife Paula Rocha (Pizzo); his daughter Sonya A. Pisaturo; his grandchildren, Andrew, Liv, Charles Pisaturo III, Brendon and Ethan Luguesi; and his siblings, Barbara O'Brien, Frances and John T. Rocha.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be made to HopeHealth Hospice or the St. Raymond's Church Conference of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
