He was predeceased by: his father Franchi. He is survived by: his wife Regina K. Harper (Kelly); his mother Eleanor Harper of Mendon, MA; his daughters, Sarah K. Harper and Megan E. Harper of Chepachet; and his brother Mark.
Face Masks are required and social distancing will be observed. His funeral and burial will be private.
