He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Koslow. He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen A. Koslow (Canavan); his parent Harriet Koslow (Wiesel); his children, Jesse N. Koslow, Scituate Koslow and Evan J. Koslow of Chepachet; and his sibling Linda Gershon of Warwick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces.
