He was predeceased by: his spouse Donna J. Thomas (Slaven); and his parents, Walter E., Jr. and Laura Thomas (Silvia). He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany L. Skinner-DeSouza (Gregory); his husband Joseph Skinner; his grandchildren, Monica Jean Skinner, Brian Tyler Skinner, Savannah Rose Skinner and Jewelia Ann DeSouza; his son Walter E. Thomas IV; his grandson Walter E. Thomas V; his children, Shawn Paul Thomas and Amber Thomas; his grandchildren, Emmit Joseph Thomas, Noah David Thomas and Elias Edward Thomas; and his siblings, Suzanne LeFevre and Steven Thomas (Beth).
