It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Byrnes Jr. (Central Falls, Rhode Island), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 20, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Byrnes Sr. and Rita Byrnes (Flanagan); and his brother Joseph Byrnes. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Bento of Seekonk, Michael Byrnes (Joey') and Bryan Byrnes (Michelle) of Swansea, MA.; his siblings, Billy Byrnes of Florida, Beverly Bowen of Pawtucket and Marita Byrnes of Hawaii; his grandchildren, Aaron, Caleb, Lillian and Shelby; his sister Mary Lou Murray; and also Carol A. Byrnes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date to be announced.
