He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Waters; his sibling Kathleen Waters; and his grandparent Lois McElroy. He is survived by: his children, Brittany, Ricky Jr and Ethan; his mother Kathleen McElroy Waters; his siblings, Thomas, Bernard and Debra; his nieces and nephews, Dillon, Tommie, Stephanie, Nicole, Brian, Kendra, Daniel and Melissa; his stepmother Jeannine Waters; his grandparent James McElroy; and also, Aunts, Karen, Maureen, Uncles James and Jack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
