He is survived by: his wife Blanca Estela Vargas (Lemus); his parent Concepcione Vargas of El Salvador; his children, Abigail Vargas of Tennessee, Miguel A. of California, Jose Ricardo of California and David Esaud Vargas of California; and his siblings, Rosa Vargas, Richard of El Salvador, Alfredo of El Salvador and Jose Vargas of El Salvador. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and 4 Grandchildren.
