He is survived by: his spouse Courtney Bora; his children, Daijah Smith of Providence, Janae Smith of Providence, Jeffrey Smith Jr. of Providence and Iaiah Smith of Providence; his mother Sandra Smith; his stepfather Harold Johnson of Central Falls; his siblings, Jeannine Evans of Newport, Andrea Smith, Kerry Smith of Johnston, Wilma Smith of Pawtucket, Susan Burdick, Florence Burdick, Marc James and Kenny James of Cumberland; and his grandchild Avalani Borges of Providence.
